Here is Hannah:
My wonderful housemate who always looks lovely! When I met her from work in the pub I noticed that she was wearing a new dress which I love. It's such a simple shape which falls slightly a-line from the waist and in a lovely purple colour.
Dress from: Marks and Spencer's
Necklace from: Accessorize
I did it. I bought the dress from river island and I love it! I'm currently in bed but tomorrow I will make sure I upload a picture. I'll also be uploading some pictures of my day out tomorrow...as I just so happen to be going to see Calendar Girls in Bristol!!!!!
The reason I'm so excited is because Linda Bellingham is playing the main character and I must confess I am a Loose Women fan. Actually it's a pretty good cast - here is a list from the main Calendar Girls site.
I also plan to go shopping whilst in Bristol. I'm planning on getting the pair of Converse I wanted and looking out for some nice shoes to go with my new dress.

Lets Talk Fashion!
As part of this blog I have decided I want to upload pictures of what I and other people are wearing. It will be fun talking about clothes and seeing how other people put things together making their own style.
Here goes post one with a photo.
Here I am:
...Just walking back from a great evening out in Winchester!
Over the Christmas holidays I bought the aviator jacket you can see - I love it! It's one of my favourite things in my wardrobe at the moment, I can't wait for spring/summer when I can wear it out and not be cold!
I like wearing it with my jeans; it just makes my casual look a little edgier - but I am also itching to try it with a really feminine dress. I have my eye on this one from River Island! For £44.99 I think its very affordable as you could wear it through every season. Pair it with a belt and heals for a going out look and wear with gladiator sandals for a chilled look in the summer.
The aviator jack comes from Topshop.
The stripped top comes from Zara.
Jeans from Topshop.
Boots from Blowfish.

Looking super girlie in her floral skirt I love the way Kat has teamed the skirt with a structured blazer. A nice casual look without looking under dressed when out on the town!

Shoe Season
I already have a blog for my lecture notes but I have decided to have another one purely for me to indulge in writing about the things I like, things that catch my eye and make me laugh.
Reading through the the newspaper i this morning I came across the designer Charlotte Olympia; she designs beautiful quirky shoes and is particularly known for her platform heals.
I think they're amazing! It's great that as well as the more 'out there' pair she also does the classic black heal. The gold platform with red underneath adds a glamorous edge.
For £595 a pair I think I'll be saving for a long time...at least it may be enough time to learn how to walk in a pair of heels! I know what you're thinking. I can't walk in heels its true and very sad. I'm going shoe shopping next week and I'm pretty sure I'll be coming home with a pair of white Converses and of course there is nothing wrong with that - I love my Converses but there is nothing better than a glossy pair of heels!
