Yo Yo Bounces into Business

This is a previous article that I wrote (and was published) for my local newspaper the Gazette and Herald whilst on work experience. I am adding it to my blog so that employers I direct to my blog can see my past work.

A children's clothing shop opened by a couple with four children has done well it its first week of trade. Yo Yo has opened in one of the new units in Snuff Street in Devizes.

Keith and Lucy Wain opened the shop after Mrs Wain, who runs with Mummy workshops, found she had to go to Swindon or even Bristol to find children's clothes.
Mr Wain said: "The parents are definitely glad there's something different to Tesco, we've had steady trade."

Mr Wain is giving up his job as production manager at the Hovis bakery in Eastleigh, Hampshire. He was formarly production manager at Hayden's Bakeries in Devizes.
Mrs Wain said: "Whenever we needed to buy clothes for the children we had to go to Swindon or even Bristol."
